An analysis by eXp Realty reveals that over the past year, Kraków experienced the largest price increase, nearly 25%, with Dubai and Madrid taking the second and third spots.

Warsaw ranked fourth with a 14.2% rise. Other cities in the top ten include Thessaloniki, Barcelona, and Abu Dhabi, where prices increased by at least 10%.

While prices in Kraków grew by nearly 25% and in Warsaw by over 14%, prices dropped in Berlin and Paris, placing Polish cities among the global leaders in price growth.

Despite this, Poland’s real estate market continues to face a significant housing shortage, which is driving further price increases, according to Jarosław Jędrzyński, an expert from the RynekPierwotny.pl portal.
