Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski is also slated to attend, along with leading experts in media, culture and other fields.
The conference will cover topics such as artificial intelligence, digital technology, defence, energy, the green transition, democracy and health, according to organisers.
Some 6,000 participants are expected to attend.
Now in its 10th year, Impact is an annual conference that brings together global leaders, experts and innovators.
